Brian Tellis
Founder, Radioactive Ventures
Brian is a pioneer in the events, experiential and entertainment industry with a career that spans over 3 decades. He co-founded Fountainhead Promotions and Events, one of India’s most successful experiential marketing agencies and is also a founding member of EEMA, where he served as its president for 2 terms.
With a passion for the performing arts, Brian is an accomplished emcee, musician, actor, and radio jockey, having hosted and anchored shows since the inception of FM Radio in India in 1993. He is also a Jury Member at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Currently, he is a consultant for the Aditya Birla Group, a graduate of The American School of Protocol, and the Founder of Radioactive Ventures which launched The Chinwag Collective, a podcast that explores the worlds of media, arts, and entertainment through panel discussions with industry stalwarts, and The Indian School of Protocol.
Kyla D’Souza
Director, The Indian School of Protocol
A graduate of The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, New York, Kyla has over fifteen years of experience in the performing arts industry.
A professional actor, director, voice-over artist, and facilitator, she is the founder of The Peas & Carrots Theatre Co.. Kyla also designs and conducts workshops for schools, colleges, and corporates interested in experiential learning through theatre.
Over the last five years, Kyla has trained candidates for the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) and the Trinity School of London’s Speech & Drama, Communication Skills, Musical Theatre, and Performing Arts exams.
